AdIx opens up opportunities that move the coffee industry and lives of people in it forward. Sourcing coffee directly from well-known and trusted producers is a key component that changes the way that the coffee is traded for the better. As a company we have a goal that goes beyond connecting roasters with specialty coffees sourced through sustainable producer relationships – we also want to improve the lives of everyone involved in the coffee process, starting with our local Nicaraguan farmers.
That’s why when producers make comments like “unlike others in the specialty coffee-market, you pay in advance, that ensures we can grow the coffee the way it needs to” we know we are on the right track. Our heart is not only for great specialty coffee, but in all the people involved in the process, from plant to cup.
We have access to medium-sized single farms that produce distinguished coffee. This coffee when being processed either Natural, Honey or Anaerobic provides flavors that are out of this world for roasters and baristas to explore.
We also work with a great number of certified cooperatives that produce a large volume of coffee that is being marketed in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Additionally, we own our own little coffee farm located in Jinotega at an elevation of 1,300 meters above the sea level. This has been a generational joy. We work hard everyday to make sure that every step of the process is done with excellence. We are committed to quality, supervision, and treating our labor force well. We are also attuned to what the amazing soil of our farm needs from us. Coffee is indeed a beautiful thing to produce, export, market and enjoy with family and friends.
